In consideration of my being permitted to participate in this event and intending to be legally bound, I do hereby for myself and my heirs, waive any and all claims for damages I may have, including as a result of any injuries that may be suffered by me during or as a result of the event, against the persons who are in any way connected with this event, and I agree that I will not sue or hold responsible any such persons on account of any such claims or injuries. I attest that I am in adequate physical condition to particicpate in thie event. By signing this waiver I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the above.
